We are now looking for a Partner Support Trainee. The Partner Support Team aims to provide an excellent customer experience to all Framery partners (ie. our dealers) all around the globe and support the global Framery Sales Team.
Versatile everyday tasks include order handling, sales support and other customer related responsibilities and projects. You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and work within a team of Partner Support Coordinators. Internally you will work with the entire Supply Chain function & Sales in Framery’s dynamic environment and externally you will communicate with our partners and service partners globally. Working days in the Partner Support team are filled with versatile tasks as well as good laughs.
Main responsibilities in the role:
Supporting Framery partners with their inquiries and orders
Supporting Sales team with their inquiries related to orders
Receiving and checking pod and spare part Purchase Orders from our partners
Entering Sales Orders in ERP (Netsuite)
Sending out order confirmations
Sending out prepayment invoices
You could be our next talent, if you have a natural desire for problem solving, would love to operate in an international environment and have the ability to think like a customer. Following KPI’s and executing timetables doesn’t give you a headache and you have a built-in can do -attitude and self-imposed way of working. We hope you already have some knowledge of international business and its practices and know how to operate proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
What we expect from you:
Excellent written and spoken English skills, as that is our primary working language
Additional language skills are considered an advantage, but are not mandatory
Ability to excel when working as a team as well as independently
Understanding the value of good customer service
Ability to learn quickly & adopt new ways of working
