”If a phone booth company founded by a group of friends in a Finnish garage has achieved something like this, despite all the challenges, so can many others.”
Finnish soundproof private space designer and manufacturer Framery has reached their goal of hiring 100 new employees during this year in order to celebrate 100 years of Finnish independency. Excited by the moment, Framery, with their CEO and Founder Samu Hällfors, have challenged a Finnish design and development company RD Velho Oy to do the same by the end of 2018.
”In the beginning of this year we publicly went out and set an ideal challenge for ourselves to strive for. Something that seemed impossible back then has now been reached, and we feel incredibly good. Our rapid expansion has never been something that Framery has taken for granted, and we believe that it is all largely thanks to our 170 professionals. Even right at this moment, we have 30 open positions open, some of which are located in the mother company in Europe, and some overseas in our USA subsidiary. The near future growth of both, the Finnish economy and available job positions here in Finland are the responsibility of local, well-doing companies. If a phone booth company founded by a group of friends in a Finnish garage has achieved something like this, despite all the challenges, so can many others. Next in line is our close business partner RD Velho Oy, and their CEO Mika Kiljala. They have gladly accepted the challenge to hire 100 engineers by the end of 2018.”, Hällfors explains.
”We immediately felt that this was a crazy and brave enough challenge from Framery. Therefore, we have decided to accept it without any hesitation”, Mika Kiljala states over the phone.
