As the world becomes more and more populated with distractions and disruptions, ranging from our phones to outside noise pollution, individuals are constantly seeking solutions for focused work. While some companies across the world are transitioning back to the office, others will continue to settle into their new home offices. Regardless of the differing situations, distractions are one thing that will likely stay constant.

Though the type of disruption might change, having a plan in place to ensure productivity is the  key to daily success. For a majority of individuals, studies show that their ability to focus on one thing for an hour proves challenging. What many don’t realize is that productivity is not about the quantity of time you put into something, but the quality of uninterrupted focused work spent during that allotted time.

Framery pods increase an employee’s performance, leading to a greater sense of fulfillment and success.

Framery pods offer a place for focused work, resulting in higher employee productivity throughout the day — leading to greater ROI for organizations. For example, Framery pods provide employees with a place to concentrate or collaborate, and do so without disturbing their colleagues. Obstacles, such as noise and privacy, hinder an employee’s ability to reach their full potential at work. By both removing and addressing those obstacles, Framery pods increase an employee’s performance, leading to a greater sense of fulfilment and success. The pod can be placed anywhere within the office and those sitting nearby will not be disturbed by discussions being held inside the pod.

Framery pods offer you that peace and quiet during the day.

For those of you who already have a pod in your office, it’s likely you’re missing that quiet getaway right about now. To accommodate for this, we put together a list of pointers on ways to remain focused at home:

  • Set Timers: Block out periods of focused work, collaborative brainstorms, or space away from your computer. Use timers to hold yourself accountable for these set time frames!
  • New Routines: Whether it be the time you’re waking up before work begins, or taking lunch breaks, setting up new routines – and establishing them as just that, will help regulate your schedule since your previous routine has likely been derailed.
  • Different Settings: Change up your surroundings from time-to-time during the workday. For example, set yourself up at the kitchen table with your coffee in the morning as you go through emails and review the day’s tasks. When you’re working on something that might need more focus, or peace and quiet, turn on light piano background music in your bedroom – get cozy and bunker down until that difficult, and maybe more stressful task, is completed.
