Framery, the Finnish manufacturer of sound insulated office phone booths and meeting pods, has won 18th place among Medium Size Organisations at the Great Place to Work® Finland 2018 Awards on Thurdsay 15th of February 2018. Great Place to Work® Institute is a global research, consulting and training firm that helps organisations identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high-trust workplace cultures.

“Here at Framery we create innovations – like our pods – to increase happiness at work. Why have we focused on happiness? Because happiness creates success. Behind our success is most definitely our strong, happy and talented team of Framerians who enable these kind of blooming success stories. What better way to prove that a company actually practices what it preaches than getting evaluated this high among the best places to work in Finland!”

The high ranking comes after a phenomenal year for Framery. In November 2017 Framery was awarded the Internationalization Award of the President of the Republic of Finland, due to the company’s rapid growth from 18 million EUR revenue to around 40 million. Framery has announced to aim for 200 million EUR revenue by 2020. Framery is also one of the fastest growing companies in Europe with a stunning number of 120 new recruited Framerians in 2017.
